Hairstyles for job?

Hello! I just started working at a fast food restaunt. I have thick hair, and nothing seems to stay in when I am rushing around. I have tried a ponytail and the fronts (of my hair) come down in my face, braids do the same thing, but end up looking nicer than the ponytail. Well, anyway, what are some good hairstyles that might work with my thick hair when i am rushing around? I can''t leave my hair down naturally because of working with food. Thank you! :)

I am in the process of growing out my bangs right now, they're probably about 5-6 inches long. They don't quite go back behind my ears yet. I just get tired of them in my face, so I just twist them back in little clippies. It isn't exactly the newest fashion, but it works and is cute! It will keep the front part out of your hair and you can braid the rest in the back!
