We all desire the flawlessly shaped nail. Genetics and physical
condition are chief factors. Spoon-shaped nails advocate a
insufficiency of iron, while square, wide nails may be a caution of
hormonal disparities. Excessively thick nails designate the
commencement of vascular deterioration or thyroid stipulations. A need
of vitamin B12 can relate for nails whose ends are curled down and
whose nail bed is murky.
I also desire for a flawlessly shaped nail. But as I work on computer my nails breaks very often. I don't know what is the actual reason. Can anybody suggest me how to have a well shaped nails without breaking?
