Are these the same hair color as far as red? I know the 2nd has some blonde in it but i'm looking more at the red.

Which would look best in a fauxhawk with white blonde highlights mixed in and what should I tell the girl that cuts my hair as to the color that I want?

Take the picture with you to the hairdresser's and tell her that is the colour you want.
