First of all thanks for the help. I think I am a heart shape but I may be wrong. Any advice would be appreciated as I'm looking for a new hairstyle.

How about growing it a little longer on the sides and back, and going for a shattered shag kind of thing....sort of like luke wilson.

or to the other extreme, just shave a la vin diesel?

both I think would be good with your face and facial hair.
