Protect your skin against the sun, avoid excess sugar, treat your skin gently, eat healthy fresh foods. Do not drink alcohol and smoke. Choose a cleansing cream if your skin is dry and clear with a cleaner if you have oily skin.

Skin care is very necessary for getting a glow on skin. And due to skin care the skin becomes hilarious also.

Here are some skin care tips which also i practice.....

Drink pure water..
Wash face through good face wash twice a day.....
Avoid oily food which cause pimples....

In addition to drinking lots of water as it seems everyone has mentioned, I think its also important to eat fruits & vegetables and make sure your body is getting healthy nutrients.
