Following are 5 tips for healthy skin: 1. Eat a healthy diet. 2. Manage stress. 3. Protect yourself from the sun. 4. Don't smoke. 5. Treat your skin gently.
In addition to drinking lots of water as it seems everyone has mentioned, I think its also important to eat fruits & vegetables and make sure your body is getting healthy nutrients.
