Dont brush your hair excessivly, this just causes extra stress. Brush it as needed.

Brushing is important to get your natural oils to the tips of your hair. Excessive brushing just leads to breaking.

Hi KingVyse,

Brushing your hair won't make it grow faster. Scalp massages can help improve the circulation at the roots. Aerobic exercise also helps improve circulation (through the entire body), and is good for your overall health.

Eat well. Healthy foods. Minimize junk. You are what you eat.

Be gentle with your hair. Carefully detangle snarls. Use your fingers to pick apart snags. Detangle your hair before washing it. Always condition. And always use a wide-tooth comb to detangle, wet or dry. Don't brush wet or damp hair.

There you have it. A brief primer on how to grow hair faster.
