Great photo of curly hair.  I copied it here.  Hope you don't mind.

In my opinion curl typing gets people too confused.  While curl typing can be a good starting point it really shouldn't be the end all and be all. 

Some people get too obsessed with knowing their curl type when maybe they fall in between several categories.
