Tangled need help

hi, i need some help my hair is short almost shoulder length with short bangs.  My hair is also thivk with waves to it.  I haven't had a salon cut in over a year been cutting it myself. I am also on a few meds. My hair is sheading / tangle, it is tangle after i rinse shampoo out. I do use a detangle comb.  i am sentive so have to use dye/frangce free products. I did buy some new haircare today. But if this doesn't help. I'm ready to go have it cut short.
