I heard there is a shine you can put on your hair. Its' like dying your hair but with no color. It just makes your hair shiny. Is this bad for your hair since its not really dye or bleach?? I would like to do this to my hair if its not going to ruin my hair. I figure if I'm not going to highlight it....I can at least make it shiny!
