Hair straightening problem Bangz Salon Tampa

I had my hair straightened by Neftaly at the Bangz Salon. My hair was already straight, just a little wavy. I requested a thermal straightening and she said she could do it. After the hair straightening, not only my hair is damaged by the chemical treatment, but also it is frizzier than ever. I have to apply repair treatments and also I have to use a flat iron every day, only to make it look like normal hair. It’s a waste!
This is not the thermal straightening I requested but relaxing, another straightening technique which was obviously not appropriate.

I would like suggestions from you on how to fix this problem.
