I found a nice chocolate brown color,but my friend said she heard that it's not good from a hairdresser. Something about not getting the color you wanted.
If you have any experience with this particular hair dye or know somebody who does please share,i'd be very grateful.

Sorry, I don't, but the same can really be said for any hair color. The swatch is a guide, but how any haircolor comes out will depend on what your starting color is, whether you've dyed it before or not, and also how porous it is from prior chemicals. Any one color can really come out very different on different people for these reasons.
