There is this spot cream I use which does not actually kill the spot, it just prevents new ones coming. I put it on every night and it has been working very well. But the problem is, the next day I have flakey white bits of skin which are all loose and you can kind of peel it off. I try washing it then wiping all the flakey bits off but it does not really go fully.
