Alright, I need to know how to get my hair like this. My hair is almost
identical to his hair, I just can't get it to look exactly like this, I
might be using the wrong technique or whatever.
I don't use any product, first I towel dry my hair pretty vigorously,
then I use a fan to dry my hair for it to stand up, but it never ends
up looking exactly like that. I either need to know a better way to dry
my hair, or know what product he uses in his hair in the second pic and
how to apply it, what to do etc.
I would really appreciate if someone gave me a pretty good method on
how to do this, thanks in advance.

In that picture he did use a hair product. The hold look like he used fiber. Fiber holds your hair in place but doesn't give that shine to your hair. In other words, it gives it a natural look or ''out of the bed'' look.
