Can I get some advice on what brush, what moisturiser and etc to use on my hair so I can get some waves started

Buy a medium brush and a soft brush, use Carrot Creme, Pink Lotion, or S-Curl's wave gel activator for products. Use stocking/wave caps instead of durags since they help develop the pattern better.
