I am a natural red head, with natural hair of this colour:

Can anyone help me find the most effecrive, but healthiest and safest HOME method to remove this hair dye? ( without shaving my head lol) I know that it wont remove entirely to my natural colour, I plan on dying it a more natural red shade that I can grow into better :)
There is no safe "home" treatment- using dish soap will ruin your hair and cause major breakage as it removes the natural oils off the shaft.
Try using a color remover to take out color (My experience and pictures with color remover on my black hair http://www.colorzap.50megs.com/ ) It works best if you can do it asap and not wait like 2 or 3 months. I purchased mine from Sally's Beauty supply. Your natural color will still be intact- color remover is not a bleach. It only works to remove chemical dye.
