Grow the front and sides to just below the bottom of your ears. Then bleach your hair 'til it's white, and chip at the ends. I'm guessing he's using some sort of holding product to keep the hair from falling forward into his eyes. Which product, I have no clue.

here it is again, tripod wouldnt let me use for some reason, but this is the main look i want, its amasing and my hair is hopeless at the min :D thx guys

It doesn't look stiff or gunky. I'm guessing that it's a styling gel.
