What product can I use to get this color?

 
I was looking into Igora but the color swatches online dont really give me any help. I want the second color to look that way in the sun I dont want it to be any brighter then that.

It would depend upon what your natural base color is and what your current color is.  This color that Cheryl has is a combination of dark base with contrasting colors painted as highlights and lowlights.
