How can I get something like this?

I don't know if this is the right forum, I'm guessing it's ok, considering it's general. I would've asked this in the "Men's Hair" forum, but it should be named the "Retard" forum.

But anyways, just because I don't like the people in the "Men's Hair" forum, doesn't mean they, or I, are bad people.

Now, if I haven't offended you, doubt I could offend the "Men's Hair" forum goers, they probably can't read this, can you tell me how to get hair like the guy in the right photo.

How long would it have to be and what would I have to do, my hair is straight on the top and slightly curly on the sides...
