I am experimenting with Nioxin Vitamins. I will let you know in a month how they go.

Hi Tiffany,

I don't know which vitamins are good at enhancing (increasing?) growth, but I believe that many factors help achieve your own personal potential, including vitamins/minerals/herbs... diet, exercise, scalp massages, and gentle hair care techniques.

I know all things don't work for all people...Speaking from my own experience I am amazed at the results I'm seeing from using HF37. Been using it since March...hair growth is amazing, looks so healthy...always getting comments at work on how long my hair is getting and how healthy it looks. Nails are also sprouting like weeds, so long/hard...have to cut them off after a certain length they bug me typing.

Good luck in finding what works for you.

im thinking maybe a multivitamin would be good. Ive taken Centrum since I was 13 and I slacked off with vitamins before and i really dont pay attention anymore but I know my hair USED to grow pretty fast. Hm. *goes to measure*
BSL/Blonde/Chemically Treated (abused)
