wht do u guys think is the best shampoo/conditioner for volume??...and also does anyone reccomend "redken smooth down" not for volume of course but for all around softness and smoothness...

well, this may sound a wee bit weird but rather then bothering to use a shampoo and conditioner specifically for volume, ect. I would suggest childrens shampoo, more specifically L'oreal kids. It makes your hair extremely soft, managable, and some are made to help prevent flyaways; so if you want the soft full look, this is a cheap and worry free alternative to buying all the fancy useless products that do the same.
