dna hair extensions

In an attempt to find better hair....I tried a new company called dna hair.  They have Russian, Indian Remy, and "European."  I usually get Bohyme which is Indian Remy.  The "European" hair was supposed to be soft and beautiful but thinner like my own thin hair.  I paid 200.00 for a 4 ounce pack of 16" which is more than I usually pay for Bohyme.

Today the hair came and it looks like Indian (not as soft and shiny as Bohyme starts out) that has had a razor taken to it to thin it out.  It has all these spindly ends that I know the humidity will catch and I will be a frizz ball matted mess.  I can not get a call back from the company and have a feeling I will be eating this one. 

Ive been really frustrated with the quality of Bohyme this last year and was looking for better hair.  Does anyone else have experience with dna hair???
I am so mad at myself!  Their return policy is 7 days from purchase and it took 7 days to get to me. 

I looked everywhere for reviews on dna hair and couldnt find any so I was hoping to stop some one else from making the same mistake I did.
