Hi everyone, I havent been on here in such a long time but I thought I'd ask you all for your advice!
I order my own hair extensions to install and sell to others but lately I have had 2 batches of hair (from 2 different suppliers) go orange while in the persons hair!
It seems to be #22 and #613.
Now, I have ordered these colours from my Chinese suppliers many times but this has only happened twice now.
I have asked my customers what they have used etc, on the hair so I can test it myself but it never goes orange with me!
The top of the hair (near to the bond) stays blonde but as it goes down it turns pink/orange.
Has this happened to anyone else or know why it could have happened?
I have tested it with products and heat and both are fine with me!
My supplier doesn't have a clue either, even though I sent it back for testing.
