I was intrigued when I saw Verna Lyn pumping her new book, The 10-Second Diet, on our local morning news show today. Her long straight red hair reached beyond her waist. Her website features past and present photos, although I was stunned to see how much air brushing has been used on her face in the more recent pics. Seriously, she looked maybe 20 years older during the TV interview. I'm not complaining. Her hair looks amazing and it's a great marketing tool.
