Starting to heat up here in Florida. There are two types of food I eat in the summer: cookout and salads. I don't like cooking in the kitchen at all during the summer months. I love a nice crispy salad during the hot months. What do you eat in the summer?

I like things that can cook quickly on the stove top - breakfast tacos w/eggs, quesadillas, tacos, fajitas, rice, pasta. I love going out for sushi or picking some up at the grocery store.
