Studying in Canada is not free, but it is affordable. Canadian University are cheapest among UK, USA, and Australia. The average cost for a foreign student for one school year (8 months) in an Arts & Science program is C$ 11,903. Canada offers the lowest tuition rates for foreign students compared to the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Wow maybe foreign students get a better rate than Canadians which isn’t quite fair but at least it works out for someone!

My degree here in Toronto including the average cost of the degrees held by my friends, relatives and fellow classmates is in the range of $25,000 which isn’t great.
