Hi,
I have light brown hair that I get highlighted/foiled bright blonde every 3 months. The past few times I've gotten it done at the salon I've noticed that the top 1/4 of my hair is the bright blonde that I want, but the bottom 3/4 is a brassy, yellowish icky color. Any ideas why? Anything I can do about it at home? Do I need a toner or something like that?
