Hi,

I wanted to achieve exactly this hairstyle:
I already tried gel, but it never turns out like in the picture.

And whats your opinion on this style, when I usually wear an suit?

You should try some mouse from walmart or target with hair spray. It should give it that shinyness and strength to make it stay.

Mousse is designed to help with volume styles. This is more the opposite of that. That had to be done with a gel or creme. I believe there are some super holding products aimed at the African Am., etc. market that can do that. Try to find a competent clerk at a Sally or Ulta store to direct you to something that will work.
