Hi,
I recently went to a below-average (my mistake) salon to get my roots touched up (my hair is ash-blonde), and I walked out with a terrible yellow, brassy colour. I went back to get it toned, which improved the colour for a few days at best. I then went out and bought a toning shampoo and have used it a few times but to no avail.
I've got some Schwarzkopf Nordic Blonde box dye and was wondering if applying this would fix the problem or would be a bad idea??? If so would an expensive salon be the only solution?
Thanks! :-)

I'm not sure you want to do another color treatment so soon after your first one. You might try the JF Lazartigue Color Conditioners, which would be a temporary solution. Ultimately you may want to go to a professional to ensure you have better results and get the look you want.
The only purple shampoo that works for me is the AG one, you may want to give that a try. If not, if you go to a reputable salon they will be able to fix it for you. It doesn't have to be an expensive one, just reputable.
