My sister got a hair color from a bargain bin. It was supposed to be a light strawberry blonds, and it was BLACK! She tried to bleach out some of the color, and it turned multi colors of orange. HelpDead

I have found that Wella Color Cham 7A Is great for taking out orange.  It has a blue base.  If there is more RED than Orange in the hair I recommend Color Charm 7AA as it has a Green Base.  You only need 10 volume.  Make sure the hair is conditioned well before applying or you will get spotty results.

If your sisters hair turned Black from Strawberry Blonde Color then there was probably previous color in her hair or she left it on too long.
