I did highlights and they were to blonde and brassy so I put a 09g redken shades on and everything came out beautiful but the top was still a little to light if I put a 09nb on it will it come out okay ? ... The rest of the highlights look like the 9nb .. That's what I want the top to look like. Any help ?
