Karen - Read your Postings!

Richard,Actually I did see all of your postings. I even saw your response regarding the woman who wanted to know about getting her hair cut.I appreciate your compliments and your willingness to come out of "lurk mode". I wish everyone would do that from time to time.I must confess that while I am really good at responding to personal email from the site...I don't always respond to posts on the boards because sometimes I am not sure that they are the type of posts that need a comment from me. I worry that I comment too much on the boards so sometimes I also "lurk". :-)So let me first apologize for not responding to your first post. It was very nice and I appreciate all the great things you had to say about the site. :-)Let me also say to everyone that if I don't respond, it is not because I didn't read the post...I visit all the boards every single day...as does Jeff. It is just sometimes I don't know if it calls for a response or not and I don't want to be a "butinsky" :-)I do read every email that I receive (I get an average of 15-20 Hair Boutique & AskKaren emails a day) and I try to answer every single one. Even the AskKaren email which is not designed for a direct response.Thanks again for the nice words and please continue to post.
