hairbands

I was wondering if any ladies think it is ok for a guy to gel his hair and slip on a tortoiseshell plastic hairband in his hair. I love the look of the tiny teeth marks it leaves when I pull it back. I just think it looks cool in wet hair. The problem is I don't know how to get that poofed out look in the front (hill effect) I enjoy wearing side combs also. I'm a man in every other way, but I do like hair accessories. What is a flexible comb? Is it the same thing as a comb hairband. Does anyone out there think this is all right to do as a guy? Maybe I should be ashamed, but I'm not. I trust in what you have to say, because I have the utmost respect for women. They make the world beautiful. Without them, the world would be a poor place to live.
