Can some body help me with my fine hair. I had it cut short butI didnt like my hair short. I want to put a perm in it but dont know what kind to put in it.help

I have fine hair and I have mine short. It's not really short, but only two inches approx. above my chinline. Trust me, I'm in school as I'm only fourteen so I see alot of people, and fine hair looks much better short than long. When hair is long it often drags your face down, and if it's fine it will often look even finer. I've never had one myself but I think that perms look pretty awfull. Tight frizzy one anyway. If I was you I would have a soft wave put in.Good luck!Hannah
