help! is anyone been allergic to a chemical found in all permanent hair clor called ppd or pheneleydiamine(sp)? last summer my forehead broke out into a rash after i`ve been coloring my hair for over 10 years. now i have highlights which have been fine until the last few days. now my rash is back. i had my hair highlighted 3 months ago. maybe it`s the color conditoner i use last week. any advise? is henna the only thing that does not have this ingrediant in it?? thanks!!!
