Natalie's obviously playing with gender shock. I think the shaved sides/longer-on-top look like that is actually more arresting on a woman than very long curled hair on a man. Do I like it? No. Do I respect it? Yes. She's a creative woman and this is one of the ways she expresses herself.

It looks as though she is going for a flattop next. No sign she is growing out the shaved look.

She does look quite good with this hairstyle. It takes guts for a woman to wear her hair this short.

     Head sculptures of Natalie, Grace Jones, Brigitte Nielsen and Pink would make an interesting totem pole, with maybe Sinead O'Connor on top. Clap

Much as I love short hair on women...She does not have the head/face shape to really own this look.
