Regardless of some technical difficulties the show had this weekend, I noticed that weather girl Dylan Dreyer cut a bunch off to get back to a cute short bob and Erica Hill went a bit darker...I like both moves and Dylan is a bit underrated.

Totally agree with you glove...Dylan is underrated, though I liked that she is doing some stories (I am assuming Jenna's role) now rather than just the weather. I was glad to see that she cut her hair...the longer style usually was just messy. I wish she go with more bang though.

Erica's hair looks the best it has since she joined the network. Dylan's formerly poofed-up "messy" hair (quoting loveitshort) looked sexy. Now it's just flat. Need to see it without the ear tuck.
