I have always wanted to have a "major shearing," growing my hair fairly long (for me anyway), and having it cut short.
Right now, my hair covers my ears, and is better than an inch over my collar. I`m going to let it go another 8 weeks or so, then it is off to visit a clipper-happy barber I used to go to a few years ago.
Anybody want to share their experiences, positive or negative with a major haircut?
It has been a fantasy of mine for a few years now to grow my hair and then have it all shaved off with the clippers, although I have always chickened out at the last minute, but this time I am determined to go through with it.
Instead of going to the barbers though, I am hoping to find a fellow hair person to clip off my hair. That way, we can both share in the fun.
