Megan Boone (The Blacklist)

Megan Boone, the lead actress on The Blacklist, has a too-long-to-be-a-pixie-but-still-kind-of-short hairstyle in everyday life, but plays a character with long hair on the show. A pair of very annoying women (okay, editorializing there) asked her about it on the Today show, and started a poll for viewers to vote on which look they preferred.

At the time of this writing, the short look had a small lead.

She strikes me as a cross between Doctor Who's new companion (Jean Louis-Coleman, I think) and Olivia Wilde.

I just did a Google Image search of her, I think she looks fine with short hair. I was thinking her hair looked a bit bulky on the show. Maybe her character will go for a new look for the second season and ditch the wig.

That's a shame she feels picked on (even if facetiously), but I think her comparison of her and Spader's situations is a little off -- people aren't ragging on her hair, but more the decision to hide it (and rather poorly). An equivalent situation would be if Spader decided to wear a toupee, and I think he'd get just as much attention for it.
