If you read this article it says that the woman's hair was bleached blonde AND relaxed. I am just wondering WHY any salon would do two chemical treatments at the same time on one person. That is just asking for trouble.

Scary! It's sort of like medical malpractice. Gross negligence on the part of the stylist involved. They got their due. Sad as this story is (and misfortunate victim!), perhaps this will induce the Regis Corp and others to step up their level of professionalism.
