I have been dieting for about 6 months now and have lost 31 lbs. and in the last month and a half have noticed that after each morning when I shampoo and put on conditioner there are strands of hair through my fingers. After a month and half of this it is becoming noticable at least to me that an area in the front is getting scarce. I am going to weight watchers and have followed a safe diet and eat pretty much all basis food groups. Probably eating healthier than before. I have not changed by hair products and take a daily vitamin, vitamin E and vitamin C daily. My age is 40.I am just wondering your thoughts on this and would really like to see it stop. Any suggestions.

Hi!I'm a professional "Hair Braider", so I had to know a little about how to keep ones hair on their head.I would recommend this treatment to you.shampoo your hair with a mild Castile shampoo mixed with Rosemary, coltsfoot, & Horsetail herb extract (the juice from the herbs) they're high in the needed vitamins need to restore your hair. You can also use 2 egg yolks with a little distilled water. (The distilled water) happens to be (Fresh Spring Water) that out grandparents used years ago on our hair & maintain softness, luster & shine in it. Just pour the egg & water mixture on your hair & let it set for 20 or 30 minutes so that the "Protein" from the eggs goes into the cuticle layer of the hair to restore the moisture to the cuticle layer of the hair shaft. This will prevent your hair from fall out as its doing when the water hits it.Don't use a comb to comb your hair while its falling out. Use your finger to untangle the hair. If you must use a comb use a wide tooth comb with rounded tips at the end.Do Not use A brush on your hair for awhile, give your scalp a rest from being stretched and pullec. Your hair follicles are probably damage, and needs time to heal.I sincerely hope this information will help you. If it dose please let me know. I enjoy hearing for those whom my methods has helped. You can contact me at Csweet15@pacbell.netGood Luck & God Bless you!
