my girlfriend is thinking of cutting her hair but i have a week to change her mind
on of the things that she complian about is those hair clamp, she say that when she put them in they fall out of her hair but i think that she is putting it in wrong.
so i am looking for some one with long hair that can help me in talking her out of it.
she also can't put her hair in a bun so if you can help i would like that
She's going to have trouble no matter what her hair length. If it's short then it'll be hard to put back at all, or it might need to be styled. I'd recommend bringing her to a stylist or friend who can show her how to do her hair. Or it's possible she's just using this as an excuse and actually wants shorter hair. Just help her to do whatever you think will make her happy.

If the only reason your girlfriend is planning to cut her hair is because of difficulties arranging it – and she really does want long hair for herself – then I suggest:
1. Get her on this board. Have her check out the braiding and bunning sites that have been recommended in previous posts here and also pick up on the long-hair-positive vibes.
2. Go to a long hair salon if there is one nearby, who will be able to help her learn how to bun/style/care for her hair properly.
3. Find some family/friends/acquaintances who have the skills she needs and ask them for help.
There's a book called Hair: A book of braiding and styles, which is published by Klutz. Most of the books from Klutz are for kids (and the crafty), but this one is simple and sophisticated. It has directions on braiding and buns, and it also comes with fabric scrunchies that won't hurt the hair.
thank every one for their help and i like the respons i will try these thing but i think that there are going to take a lot of work on her. she is one of these girl that didn't play house and her mom didn't help in that department too so it is going to take me to help her not just for mine self but for her too.
one more question is it ok for her to use oils in her hair she is white, is that wrong for her or what please help

It's fine for her to use oils to stop dry ends. Jojoba oil is the most recommended here. Tell her to avoid putting too much near her scalp because it could make it oily and icky. Good luck with your persuasion!

the suggestion has help and she is now trying new thing but i feel that is going to take a long time befor she is happy what she like in hair styles but i have got to at least try new one's thank you again for the help
