How Do I Get My Hair Cut Like This?

Hi everyone,

I have only a simple question. (mm I think it is simple)

But anyways; how do I get my haircut look like the haircut on the picture?

I've got brown straight hairs which reach plus minus my chest.

Do I have to cut some hairs off? Or do I have to put some hairs behind my ears?

I'm dutch, so my English isn't very good, but I think my question is clear to you.
