Not sure when actress/singer/editor Tavi Gevinson cut her hair, but she sure went short.

Maybe if the short cut was a little longer and styled better I might like it

is it me or with the short cut does it look like there's an odd bi-level effect going one?  like closer to the crown it seems cut ever shorter...it's subtle.
