Things that people think behind our backs

Last weekend I went to a single dance and was approached by a member that at the time last year I was the president of a single group that planning a theme party.
Anyways she said to me that she admired my hair and the women were talking about me. I said" what?" and she said" We women said that Diane was the princess of the group because she has long hair". I was so speachless that all I could say was thank you. I hate those times that people make me shy!
