In general I love that Constance has embraced the bob with bangs, and hope she sticks with it. But as this photo shows, there's a very fine line between short bangs and oops-too-short, and in this case she crossed it just before the Emmys. Fortunately it'll only take a week to grow out.

First, that bob is not really new. She already had it last December. Second, I like those short bangs a lot. They were even a bit shorter back then, and I think she looked incredibly sexy in this photo from the AFI Awards on January 8, 2016:
