I don't understand why the hair is combed as Hugh Grant might. Also, I think that a pixie looks a bit funky when a big slab of hair is left on top.
The sides and back look good, however. When there is no hair left to flaunt, at least leave your profile exposed, if yours is an asset. And hers is!
