Over here we have canker worms crawling all over the houses. It`s so bad that we can`t seem to be able to get out of the house and walk back in without one on us. Having long hair just give them more advantage to hang on and my neighbor saw me totally lose it this afternoon as he noticed me doing this karate move. He was concerned and came over wondering what the heck I was so upset about and when he realized that I was doing this killing action because it ( the worm) got in my hair my neighbor bust out laughing so hard. So it makes me wonder about you? Do you have a funny story about camp or something that involved your hair?

How about ticks? We have loads of them here in North Georgia. I was in the salon yesterday when one of the stylists started squealing. She was cutting a little boy`s hair and found one attached to his head. Needless to say, we check each other each and every day (think monkeys picking lice off each other). Yuck!

Thankfully we don`t have anything like this in England, having things like that in your hair must be awful. However on vacation in Scotland ( in the same latitude as Southern Canada) I`ve experienced these things called "midges", they`re like miniature mosquitoes - and having them in your hair is like `instant nits`. You have to comb them out immediately, or else! Just don`t tell Nitpicker, eh? lol

I think my biggest fear was when I was at the lake and I back into a spider web without realizing it and all of sudden this huge thing came pearing on the side of my head starring at me. Man did I jump high and gave this piercing sound that probably cause a lot of creatures to run and hide. But again my outside pet Borice the dock spider probably made a few people run like hell. lol He/she seem to this habit of walking on the dock when everyone is trying to suntan. I guess Borice claimed the dock.

Just wanted to share Borice picture with everyone. This is what that might crawl in your hair at the dock. Sadly enough I think my original Borice pet was killed by a flying trackshoe.
