Hi

I just sent a post about slicking my hair back and I forgot to mention another problem I have. I play soccer for a local team and with all the running around that happens, my hair constantly falls in my eyes and severely restricts my quality of play, because of it.

My hair is growing, but isn`t quite long enough to tie in a ponytail, (even if I struggle to tie it that way, not all the hair will go in....the side hair would still fall in my face). Does anyone know of a place to find a headband of some sort, or an elastic that isn`t overly obvious?

I wouldn`t want to have an ultra thick headband, a thinner elastic-type headband would be ideal, but the problem is I don`t know where to find them, (if they exist). I`ve looked in hair salons but anything I find is either for women or inappropriate.

If anyone can help or offer other suggestions, I`d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance....

just have pig tails like me i have wore my hair this way for 2 weeks now and no one says any thing only 2 people have said something and thats when i asked them
with luck my hair will be long enough to put in a pony tail soon so i wont have to bother
i also use a black plastic hair band which works ok but if you get one make sure its the type with teeth to grip the hair not the elastic type as they dont work as well hope this helps

Instead of a headband try a bandana. Or a hat/visor.
