The hair on the back of your neck is not long... I want longish hair, about to my nape. I`m thinking maybe undercut it into curtains first then let the top half grow and keep the bottom half short? Or something, is this right? And what parts do you shape to avoid having it look like a bob? I`m a guy. What is it called?
