Ive given a few people advice like this and they`ve always ben happy.
i) Make sure you hair is the right length. The top should not be longer than 1.5 inches. ii) Wash your hair. iii) Use a wax rather than a gel iv) Get a *very* small amount of wax and work it all through your hair v) Starting from the back, twist individual parts of your hair. If you used a small amount of wax in the previous step you will probably have to use a little more while twisting. The more twisting you do the sharper and more defined the spikes will be vi) Move forward over your head adding more twists. You may want to try a 4-5-4-5 formation (try to visualise what i mean) vii) It`s up to you what you do at the front. Personally I twist my bangs downwards, but upwards may work for you viii) GOOD LUCK, and let us know how you got on!
